Refunds will only be issued if the wrong item is shipped. In this situation, we must be contacted with photographic proof of the error within 24 hours of the order being delivered. The item must be returned within a week and the money will be refunded once we receive it. Please provide an unboxing video as proof when claiming broken items. No exchange or refund will be made without proof. No refund or exchange will be offered if the returned product is received in a broken condition, or damaged on delivery.

How to cancel your order?

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.
